Delivery times:
All shipments are delivered within 48 to 96 business hours. -
Shipping costs:

Spain (Peninsula):
- €5.50 for any destination on the peninsula.
- €5 for shipments to the city of Barcelona.
- Free shipping for orders over €89.

Balearic Islands:
- €10.00 per shipment.
- Free shipping for orders over €169.

Canary Islands:
- €10 per shipment.
- Free shipping for orders over €169.

Portugal:
- €8 per shipment.
- Free shipping for orders over €169

If no one is available at the time of delivery and the package is returned to our store, the customer must pay the shipping costs again for us to make a new shipment.

In-store exchanges
You can make a FREE exchange at any of our Barcelona stores by presenting your purchase receipt. The product must be in perfect condition, and you can exchange the size, color, or model. -
Online returns

To make a return, access this link and enter your order number along with your phone number or email address.
- The cost of the return is €6, which will be deducted from the product amount.
- If your original order had free shipping and upon return the remaining total amount does not exceed €69.99, the shipping cost will also be deducted.
- In case of product defect, we will refund the amount or replace it FREE OF CHARGE.

Size or product exchanges
To make an exchange, you must return the unwanted product following the process indicated in this link. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.-
- Associated costs:
- €6 for returning the product.
- €5 or €5.50 for shipping the new order (depending on whether the destination is Barcelona or the rest of Spain).
- Once we receive the product at our store, we will credit the corresponding amount, subtracting the shipping cost and the return cost.

- If you want us to send it again, the shipping cost must be paid again.
- If you ultimately do not want to receive the order, the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel your order, please write to us as soon as possible. Since we manage everything from our store, we try to help you as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Once canceled, you will receive your refund within 3-4 business days.
Please note that the amount may vary slightly due to the payment processing fee (2.1% + €0.30 per transaction), which is non-refundable.
In some cases, if the order cannot be delivered (e.g., absence from home or incorrect address), the package is returned to our store.

In-store pickup
Orders with the In-store pickup option will be held for a maximum of 3 months. If you need more time, no problem: you can contact us and we will extend the holding period as many times as necessary.
Regarding returns:

If you wish to request a refund for an in-store pickup order, the maximum period is 20 days from the purchase.

If we have held your order for more than 20 days without it being picked up, it will no longer be possible to request a refund, except if you come to try it on in-store and the product does not fit or you do not like it. In that case, you can request a refund within the usual period of 30 days from the purchase. After 30 days, refunds for in-store pickup orders are not accepted.
