  • Will I receive the same product as in the photo?

Yes, unless it is a handcrafted product, which may have slight differences due to the nature of the product. Even so, if you have any questions about any product, you can contact us.

  • Can I order models not shown on the website?
We don't have all products on the website, so if you are interested in a product you haven't seen in the online store, please contact us via our email: hola@mardemarbarcelona.com, or via a direct Instagram message, and we can send you the product.
  • From which part of the world can I buy?

  • When do Mardemar Barcelona gift cards expire?
Mardemar Barcelona gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of the last activation or purchase. Upon expiration of the validity period, Mardemar Barcelona gift cards cannot be used for purchases, reactivated, or have any unused remaining amount refunded.
Mardemar Barcelona gift cards can be used until the card balance is zero.

  • Where can I receive my order?

Wherever you prefer, at an office, room, apartment, flat, shop...

  • What is the shipping cost?

Pickup at our stores in Barcelona is free. Shipping to Barcelona is €5.00. Shipping to Spain is €5.50. Shipping is free for orders over €69.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Portugal is €10. Shipping is free for orders over €169.

  • How can I pick up my order in-store?

It is essential to pick up the order by presenting the confirmation email and your ID.

  • How long do I have to pick up my order in-store?

There is a maximum period of 21 days to pick up the order at the selected store.

  • How do I know if I have made my purchase correctly?

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase and delivery location.

  • How many days will it take to receive my product?

Between 48 and 72 working hours (Monday to Friday).

  • What happens if I receive a defective, incorrect, or unwanted item?

You must inform us via hola@mardemarbarcelona.com, or the "contact us" tab if you wish for an item exchange or a refund to your credit card.

Once we have received your item, if it is in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will issue a credit to your credit card, or we will replace the product FREE of charge.

In the case of a credit to your credit card, the time to receive the amount will depend on your bank. Maximum period of 30 days.

  • What if I want to change the size?

Write to hola@mardemarbarcelona.com and we will send you a different size. Shipping costs will be FREE. Maximum 15 days after receiving the order.

  • Return period

Maximum 15 days after receiving the order.

  • When will I receive the amount of my refund?

Once the return of the products in perfect condition has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will then refund the full amount. The credit to your credit card depends on your bank. A maximum period of 30 days.

In the event that, due to an exceptional circumstance, we do not have a product from the order, we will inform you of this situation and refund the proportional part of the amount.

  • Track shipment

Once the product has been shipped, an email will be sent with a confirmation code to track the shipment through the Correos website, or through the "track shipment" tab in the Mardemar online store menu.
